How we resolve your concerns
StrataLoans will acknowledge your complaint by email on receipt. We will provide a response within 14 days unless considered urgent when we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. It is not always possible to resolve an issue within these timeframes but we will keep you updated on the progress.
